In 2009, Kyle Bubeck founded Beacon Compliance Consulting in 2009. The firm provides Chief Compliance Officer services to registered investment advisors, stand-alone mutual funds, and mutual fund series trusts.

Kyle joined the compliance industry in 2003 when he became a partner and the Chief Compliance Officer of TrendStar Advisors, LLC. In March of 2008, in addition to serving as Trendstar Advisor’s CCO, Kyle also assumed the role of Chief Compliance Officer of Trendstar Investment Trust, whose funds were managed by Trendstar Advisors.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
