Accredited Investor Definition

1) Net worth, excluding primary residence, exceeds $1 million (individually or jointly)
OR 
2) Annual income of $200,000 for the last 2 years with the expectation of earning the same or higher income (individually) a. $300,000 joint income with the same criteria as in #3 

3) An entity that is a private BDC or an organization with assets exceeding $5 million 
4) A general partner, executive officer, director or a related combination thereof for the issuer of unregistered securities
5) Registered broker 
6) Investment Advisor 
7) A person who can demonstrate sufficient education or job experience showing his professional knowledge of unregistered securities
